Q. Can I exchange my online order?

At this stage we are unable to facilitate exchanges via postal mail through our online warehouse. However, you can exchange your online order at any of our UNIQLO stores.

If you are unable to visit a UNIQLO store please return your item to us via postal mail for a refund and place a new order online for the required size or colour. If you need any support returning an item please contact our friendly Customer Care Team via our Contact Us page.
