Q. Can I use a Parcel Locker or PO Box for my shipping address?

Yes, orders with Parcel Locker, Parcel Collect or PO Box addresses will be shipped using the Australia Post service if the address matches the Australia Post records correctly. Please ensure to enter the address per your MyPost account or Post Office's instructions at the checkout as your delivery address. If your address does not include 'Parcel Locker', 'Parcel Collect' or 'PO Box' it will not be validated and may be sent with an alternative delivery partner who cannot complete delivery so ensure to enter the address correctly.

If you order was shipped with CouriersPlease due to an address error, you have the option to redirect your parcel to a pick up location such as petrol stations, newsagents, shopping centres and more, or redirect to an alternative address.
