Q: Can I collect my order from a store? (Click & Collect)
Yes, we can happily confirm that you can now shop online and collect your online order from any of our UNIQLO Australia stores (click here for our available stores). This service is free for all orders and there is no minimum spend required. Please note, your Click and Collect order will be sent from our online warehouse to the store you have chosen – please see our delivery times below! 

Q: What is Click and Collect? 
Click and Collect is a free delivery option for online ordering which offers a convenient way for you to collect your online orders in store with no shipping costs. You can shop online anytime, and our online warehouse will ship your order to any of our UNIQLO Australia stores for you to collect.


Q: How do I place a Click and Collect order? 

1. At Checkout, choose [Click & Collect] in [Delivery Option].  

2. Find your nearest store by searching by Suburb, state or postcode.  

3. Choose your store by clicking [SELECT] and then [PICK UP IN THIS STORE].  

5. Proceed to Payment Option and checkout.  

Q: How long does the Click and Collect service take?

The expected delivery time frames to our stores for collection is below:  

3-6 business days – NSW & QLD

2-4 business days – VIC 

7-10 business days – WA stores 

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification that you will need to present when you collect your order in store. Once you have received this notification, you will have 21 days to collect your order.

Q: How do I collect my order? 

Once your order is ready for collection, you can approach any staff member for assistance.  

1. Your order number is required at the time of pick up. 

2. Please show your email notification, your printed order history, or a screenshot of either at the service counter. 

Q: How long do I have to collect my order? 

You have within 21 days of receiving the notification to collect your order.  

Q: What happens if I am unable to collect my order? 

If an order is not collected within the 21 days, the order will be cancelled and returned to our warehouse. A full refund will then be processed back to the same method of payment.  

Q: What if I am unable to collect my order, can someone else collect it on my behalf? 

You are welcome to have someone else collect your order on your behalf, as long as they have your order number and a copy of your original email notification.   

Q: How do I return or exchange my Click & Collect order?

You can return or exchange your Click & Collect order at the collection store, upon collection or within 30 days. 

Alternative, you may choose to do a postal return. Please refer to our refunds and exchanges policy here which is applicable to your Click & Collect order. 

Q: Can I change my Click & Collect order at any point? 

Unfortunately, once your Click & Collect order has been processed online, no changes can be made. However, you can refund or exchange the item upon collection as per our Change of Mind Policy
