AUSPOST PICK UP DELAYS:
Due to the increased volume of orders across the delivery network, we are experiencing pickup delays for some AUSPOST PARCELS, orders from late September-early October may not have tracking updates, please note, we are working hard to ensure your order is processed and delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Home delivery times are below - please allow an extra 5-7 business days for your parcel to arrive due to the recent COVID-19 restrictions across NSW & VIC.

GENERAL DELIVERY INFO:
Our online orders are shipped all across Australia with the CouriersPlease courier network in metropolitan areas and Australia Post's eParcel network in regional areas. Delivery lead times are as above.
For orders shipped with CouriersPlease, delivery can be made to a PUDO (Pick Up Drop Off) location (including service stations, newsagents, shopping centres and more), provide authority to leave, delivery to an alternate address, nominate a neighbour and even reschedule to an alternative date. Details can be found in the initial shipping confirmation email from CouriersPlease.
For orders shipped with Australia Post, please note that if there is a safe place available to leave your order (letterbox, private veranda) it may be delivered via SafeDrop if you’re not available to sign for it. If the area is not deemed to be safe, the driver will use their discretion to not leave the parcel and deliver to a local post office for collection.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We've made it as easy as possible to track your order online. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us and Shippit with your tracking details and estimated delivery date. We will also notify you via email or SMS when your package is in transit and ready for delivery so you're kept up to date.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free shipping for all orders over $75.
For orders below $75 we charge a $7.95 shipping fee for Standard Post.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
No. Unfortunately, we are only shipping to Australia at this time. If you are staying in other countries, please check out the rest of our UNIQLO sites via "STORES" at the top of our website.
WHEN WILL MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER BE DELIVERED TO STORE?
You will receive an email as soon as your order has been shipped to store, and another when it is awaiting collection. Please click here to view the Click and Collect delivery times.
