Q. Difference between purchase history and online store order history
The purchase history includes purchases you have made both online and in store. The online store order history, only includes purchases you have made online on the UNIQLO website and the app. Please note, you can only check your order status and tracking information for online orders on the UNIQLO website.
In store purchases are reflected in the app, the next day after the purchase date. The membership ID barcode must be scanned at the cash register, for in store purchases to be reflected. Whereas online purchases are reflected in the app, the next day after the shipment date.
