Q. How do I shop online?

1. Simply select an item from anywhere on our website, choose your preferred colour and size, then select 'ADD TO CART'. 

2. A pop-up will appear successfully adding your item to the cart, you can click ‘VIEW CART’ if you’re finished shopping. Otherwise, you can also click on the Shopping Cart at the top of the page. 

3. You can review your order summary and click ‘COUPON’ if you have a coupon discount to use. 

4. When you are ready to complete your order, click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button and you will be taken to the checkout page.  

5. You will be requested to login if you haven’t already, or to create an account. As a registered user you are able store multiple delivery addresses, access your order history, and you can opt into receiving our weekly email newsletters. 

6. Select a delivery option. 

(Delivery to Address or Click & Collect at UNIQLO Stores) 

7. Choose your payment option. 

8. Click ‘PLACE ORDER’ once everything is confirmed. If paying with PayPal it will redirect you to PayPal, and to please ensure all details are also correct in PayPal as you will not have the option to review again after this.  

Make sure you review the checkout page carefully before placing your order, as you will not be able to change the order or personal details once it has been processed. You will be sent a confirmation e-mail shortly after placing your order. 

All orders placed must have a billing and shipping address in Australia. Unfortunately, due to security reasons we cannot currently accept orders with a card registered to a billing address outside of Australia.
