Q. How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
The returns process can take up to 14 business days from the date your returned was lodged. You can always track the status of your return using the tracking ID provided by Australia Post. Once your return has been received, it can take our warehouse team between 2-5 business days to process it and you will receive an email notification once processed.
