Q. I can not update or install the App.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble updating or installing the App. This may be resolved by simply restarting your device, or deleting and re-downloading the app. If you're still having trouble please contact our friendly Customer Care team via our Contact Us page, and they may be able to assist further.

1 January 2021: Our App can be used with the following software: 

-IOS 12 or higher
 -Android 6 or higher
