Q. I paid via PayPal, can I still get a refund in store?

From 1 December 2020 onwards, all online orders cannot be returned in a store and can only be returned for a refund by posting your item back to us. Please click here for the instructions on returning an online order.

Once we have received your item at our online warehouse, we will process a refund back to the original payment method used to place your order.
