Q. It's past the estimated delivery date & I haven't received my parcel.

We’re very sorry to hear this! It is recommended to allow an extra 3-5 business days after the estimated delivery date for your parcel to arrive which allows for any unexpected delays. Not to worry, 90% of parcels that are past the estimated delivery date do arrive within these 3-5 business days. If you have still not received your parcel after this period, please get in touch with our friendly Customer Care team via our Contact Us page.

CURRENT DELIVERY DELAYS
Due to the COVID concerns there may be some extra delays in receiving your parcel. You may notice a significant amount of time has passed without any update to your tracking details, however please do not be alarmed as it can now take an extra 5-10 business days after the estimated delivery date for your parcel to arrive.
