Q. What is your Christmas Returns Policy?

Online & Retail Christmas Change of Mind Policy

For this year’s festive shopping season, we will be extending our returns and exchanges period. Online and in store purchases made between 25th November – 24th December 2020 can be returned or exchanged up until 31st January 2021. All other terms and conditions included in our returns policy remain unchanged during this period - Change of Mind Policy

As we will be introducing an updated Change of Mind policy, do note that from 1st December 2020, online purchases can only be returned via postal mail while in store purchases must be returned at the same store of purchase. Please click here for the full details of our new policy.
