With the coronavirus situation evolving daily, UNIQLO Australia has introduced changes to some of our operations. Please click here for all important updates on these changes.
If you change your mind about your purchase of products (except socks, underwear, swimwear, face masks and altered apparel) purchased in UNIQLO stores/online in Australia, we will refund or exchange those products within 30 days, provided they have not been worn or washed and are accompanied by the original receipt, packaging and tags.
However, for this year’s festive shopping season, we will be extending our returns and exchanges period. Online and in store purchases made between 25th November – 24th December 2020 can be returned or exchanged up until 31st January 2021.
As we will be introducing an updated Change of Mind policy, do note that from 1st December 2020, online purchases can only be returned via postal mail while in store purchases must be returned at the same store of purchase. Please click here for the full details of our new policy.

UNIQLO.com/au reserves the right to deny a refund under this policy if the merchandise does not meet the change of mind return policy requirements. Our Change of Mind Policy is in addition to, and does not affect, the statutory rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws to return or exchange goods that are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from samples shown to you, or do not do what they are supposed to.
