Q. NOTICE: Upcoming UNIQLO Australia Online Store Updates - Mid-September 2025

We are excited to announce that we will be updating the UNIQLO Australia website and app this September, including the introduction of new services to make purchasing your LifeWear even better!

IMPORTANT DATES​
As part of our website update, some services will be unavailable. We'll keep you updated here so stay tuned!

Monday 1st of September 12:00AM AEST: Click and Collect will be temporarily unavailable for all UNIQLO Australia stores until Tuesday, 23rd September.​
- The last day to place a Click and Collect order will be Sunday 31st August by 11:59PM AEST

Thursday 11th of September 12:00AM AEST: Online alterations will be unavailable and is expected to resume on Tuesday, 16th September.​ The alteration service will still be available in-store and this service can be reviewed here before you head into store.


Monday 15th September 12:00AM AEST: UNIQLO App and online store will be temporarily unavailable. ​
- Online store is expected to resume on Tuesday 16th September (exact time to be confirmed)
- UNIQLO App is expected to resume on Wednesday 17th September (exact time to be confirmed)

Online Services

Website Update

You can find out more about the improvements we've made to our site and tips on navigating our new site soon. In the meantime, please see the below changes that will happen once the site becomes available on September 16th.

Password Reset: After our new website launches, you will be required to reset your password to access your account. You may keep your existing password or choose a new, stronger password.

Wishlist: Your account's Wishlist will be reset and all products saved will be removed. We suggest to bookmark any items in your browser as you will need to be add them back into your Wishlist again after our new website launches.

Express Delivery

We are happy to announce that we will offer express delivery soon with more details to come!​

Pre-Order

Our Pre-Order service will be available for some products later this year which will allow you to purchase items ahead of their release.

Store Services

Gift Cards

We heard your requests! We are happy to announce that physical UNIQLO Gift Cards will be available to purchase in our stores soon.

Store E-Receipts

E-receipts for your store purchases will be available to customers who scan their UNIQLO App barcode at the cashier.

Click and Collect Lockers

Introduction of in-store Click & Collect Lockers will be available later this year.

Order & Pick

A new Order and Pick service will be available for you to collect your online purchases in-store within two hours. Click and Collect from our online warehouse will remain in case your items are not already at your local UNIQLO. More details on this service coming soon.​

eConcierge

The new eConcierge service will allow you to shop the full online range directly in-store and pay at the register, with delivery to your preferred address. More details coming soon!​
