Password Reset: Our new website is available now, you will be required to reset your password to access your account for steps on how to reset your password click here. You may keep your existing password or choose a new, stronger password.
Wishlist: Due to the website upgrade your account's Wishlist has been reset. Please feel free to add your favourite items back in your Wishlist and for more details on how to to use your Wishlist please click here.

Our Pre-Order service will be available for some products later this year which will allow you to purchase items ahead of their release.
Store Services
We heard your requests! We are happy to announce that physical UNIQLO Gift Cards will be available to purchase in our stores soon, please click here for more details.
E-receipts for your store purchases will be available soon to customers who scan their UNIQLO App barcode at the cashier, please click here for more details.
Introduction of in-store Click & Collect Lockers will be available later this year at select stores.
A new ORDER & PICK service will be available for you to collect your online purchases in-store as little as two hours. Click and Collect from our online warehouse will remain in case your items are not already at your local UNIQLO. More details on this service please click here.
The new eConcierge service will allow you to shop the full online range directly in-store and pay at the register, with delivery to your preferred address. More details coming soon!
