🎄Extended Returns Policy🎄
For the festive shopping season we will be extending our return and exchange period for purchases made between the 18th of November and the 29th of December 2025.

Purchases made online or in-store within this time can be returned until the 31st of January 2026.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    Yes, we offer physical Gift Cards and Digital Gift Cards that can both be redeemed at any UNIQLO Australia store or online. For more details about our Gift Cards please click here

    Physical Gift Cards: Purchase at the staff checkout of any UNIQLO Australia retail store. Click here to find a store near you.
    Digital Gift Cards: Purchase via the link here through our Buyatab partner and receive your Digital Gift Card directly to your email address or to the recipient's email.
  • Do you offer gift receipts?

    For in-store purchases, we do offer gift receipts. However, for online orders we do not offer gift receipts and all pricing tags will be visible on each item delivered.

  • Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

    We currently do not offer gift orders and gift wrapping for online orders. However, we do have gift wrapping available for in store purchases.
