Q. Do you offer Afterpay?

UNIQLO Australia does not offer Afterpay directly in store or via online at this stage. However, we are pleased to participate in the Afterpay Single-Use Payment service.

With Afterpay Single-Use Payment, you can shop and pay directly in your Afterpay app.
 
How does it work?
1.      Open your Afterpay app (or download the app and sign up if you haven’t already).
2.      Search for UNIQLO in the "Shop in Afterpay app" section
3.      Shop, add to your cart, and then when you’re ready to check out tap the green “Buy Now. Pay Later” button at the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions.

How do refunds and returns work for Afterpay Single-Use Payment?

I returned part of my order but Afterpay are still asking me to pay the balance. As I’ve returned the item, shouldn't my payment be settled? 
Please contact Afterpay directly as this process is managed by Afterpay. Although you have returned your item, there are certain steps required by Afterpay as set out in their Single-Use Payment FAQ which need to be followed. Please keep a copy of your refund receipt or proof of refund and reach out to Afterpay's customer support team with any queries. 

Why can't I checkout on the Afterpay app?
If you are having trouble checking out via the Afterpay app, please remove any saved cards on your UNIQLO account and try again. If the issue persists, please contact our team via chat, email or phone for support.
