Q. Can I return items purchased online in a store?
From 1 December 2020 onwards, all online orders that require a refund must be posted back to our online warehouse. Please click here for the instructions on returning an online order.
However, should you need to exchange your online purchase, this can be done at any of our stores. Simply take your item and your receipt to any UNIQLO Australia store to process an exchange.
You can exchange your online purchase for any other item at any of our stores provided that the new item is of the same value or higher. If you are exchanging for a higher value item, the price difference will just have to be paid.
If you would like to exchange your purchase for an item of a lower value, as our stores cannot process refunds for online purchases we suggest finding an additional item to cover the difference to complete the exchange.
