Q. Can I return items from multiple orders in the one satchel?

Sure. You will only need to book one return with Australia Post here for your return parcel. However, please ensure to include all returns forms from the bottom of your invoices so we can identify each order. You should also only be deducted one $8 returns handling fee. However, please feel free to get in touch with our Customer Care Team via our Contact Us page if you believe there are any discrepancies with your refund amount.
