When will the bag be available?
For online orders or in-store purchases made from 12:00AM AEDT on Friday, 13/12/2024 to 11:59PM AEDT on Sunday, 15/12/2024, whilst stocks last.
ONLINE: Eligible orders will have the free bag included inside your parcel, please note that your free bag will not show on the checkout or order confirmation email.
IN-STORE: Please take your receipt to the novelty counter in-store to receive your free bag and if there is still stock available you will be given one.
How do I know if I am eligible for the bag with purchase?
ONLINE: Although the bag won’t show at the checkout page or in your order confirmation email, it will be inside your order when it arrives if you were eligible at the time of purchase and your physical invoice in the parcel will have the item listed. If the item is not listed you were not allocated a bag and we sincerely apologise for any disappointment this causes. If a bag is listed on the order and you did not receive the item in the parcel please contact our team here for further assistance.
IN-STORE: After completing your purchase, our store staff will direct you on next steps to collect your bag if they are still available.
Is the free bag still available?
ONLINE: We are unable to confirm availability of the bag but if we have stock available it will be included in your order whilst stocks last. It will not appear at the checkout or your order confirmation.

If you order Click & Collect and you are eligible for a free bag we will include this inside your Click & Collect parcel, whilst stocks last.
Can I receive more than one bag?
There is only one bag per customer for purchases that are over $100 whilst stocks last.
Can I keep the bag if I return items from my order/purchase?
Yes, you are welcome to keep your bag even if you return a part or all of your purchase.
If I use a coupon will I still be eligible for a bag with purchase?
Yes, as long as your items are valued $100 or more before a coupon you will still be eligible for the free bag (whilst stock last).
