The tumblers will be available from from 12:00AM AEDT on Thursday, 30/01/2025 to 11:59PM AEDT on Sunday, 02/02/2025, whilst stocks last. Eligible orders will have the free gift included inside your Click & Collect parcel, please note that your free gift will not show on the checkout or order confirmation email.
How do I know if I am eligible for the gift with purchase?
Although the gift won’t show at the checkout page or in your order confirmation email, it will be inside your order when it arrives if you were eligible at the time of purchase. We're sorry if you miss out due to limited availability.
Are the free tumblers still available?
We are unable to confirm availability of the gift but if we have stock available it will be included in your order whilst stocks last. It will not appear at the checkout or your order confirmation.
Can I change my order from home delivery to Click & Collect?
No, we are unable to change the delivery method for orders. You have 30 minutes from your order being placed to cancel it and replace the order, so if you just placed it please click here for some instructions on how to do this.
Can I receive more than one gift?
There is only one gift per customer for Click and Collect orders that are over $100 whilst stocks last.
Can I keep the gift if I return items from my order/purchase?
Yes, you are welcome to keep your gift even if you return a part or all of your purchase.
If I use a coupon will I still be eligible for a gift with purchase?
Yes, as long as your items are valued $100 or more before a coupon you will still be eligible for the free gift (whilst stock last).
