Q. Updates to Our Returns Policy

Changes to Uniqlo AU change of mind return policy will be effective from 1 December 2020.

Updates include: 
•    Online purchases that require a refund must be returned to the UNIQLO online warehouse by postal mail
•    Merchandise purchased in-stores must be returned to the same store of purchase if a refund is required
•    Online purchase or purchases made in store may be exchanged at any store location within 30 days

UPDATED RETURN POLICY FAQ’S:

Q: What changes are being made to your returns policy for online orders? 
We will be implementing a new returns policy for all online orders made from 1 December 2020.

Return online orders for a refund: 
From 1 December 2020 onwards, all online orders can only be returned for a refund by posting your item back to us. 

You can click here to generate your online returns label. Once we have received your item at our online warehouse, we will process a refund back to the original payment method used to place your order. 

Return online orders for an exchange: 
Should you need to exchange your online purchase, this can be done at any of our stores. Simply take your item and your receipt to any UNIQLO Australia store to process an exchange. 

Please note, we cannot offer exchanges through our online returns process, items sent back to our online warehouse will be processed for a refund.  If you require a new size or colour, you can simply place a new order online.

We will be implementing a new returns policy for all in-store purchases made from 1 December 2020.

Return In-store purchase for a refund: 
From 1 December 2020 onwards, items purchased in-store must be refunded at the original store of purchase. 

Return In-store purchase for an exchange: 
If you need to exchange your in-store purchase, you can make the exchange at any UNIQLO Australia stores, simply take your item and your receipt and our store teams will process an exchange for you.
