From the 24th of November, all online orders delivered to Australian metropolitan areas will now be shipped with the CouriersPlease courier network. Delivery with CouriersPlease is flexible and can be completed in a few different ways, which can be selected once the shipment is confirmed.
- Pick a local PUDO (Pick Up Drop Off) location which includes service stations, newsagents, shopping centres and more
- Provide authority to leave
- Delivery to an alternate address
- Nominate a neighbour
- Reschedule to an alternative date.

Q: I need to change or amend my delivery address
For orders that have already been shipped with CouriersPlease, you can manage your delivery options through the CouriersPlease tracking tool and select an alternate address or even a drop off at a nearby PUDO (Pick Up Drop Off) location. These details and links will be included in the initial dispatch email received from CouriersPlease.
Q: Can I choose a specific time or day for my delivery?
For orders shipped with CouriersPlease there are several convenient ways to manage your delivery. You can request for delivery to be made to a PUDO (Pick Up Drop Off) location (including service stations, newsagents, shopping centres and more), provide authority to leave, delivery to an alternate address, nominate a neighbour and even reschedule to an alternative date.
Q: Can I use a Parcel Locker or PO Box for my shipping address?
Yes. However, orders with Parcel Locker or PO Box addresses will be shipped using the Australia Post eParcel service instead. Please ensure to enter the details into the Shipping Address section of the checkout page.
Otherwise, orders shipped with CouriersPlease also have the option to re-direct your parcel to a PUDO (Pick Up Drop Off) location which includes convenient locations such as service stations, newsagents, shopping centres and more.
Q: My order shows delivered but it has not arrived.
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered to your address but cannot be located, please ensure that you have checked with your surrounding neighbours or any secure locations on your property where it may have been left.
