Q. Click & Collect FAQ

You can shop online and collect your online order from any of our UNIQLO Australia stores with our Click and Collect service. This service is free for all orders and there is no minimum spend required. Please note, your Click and Collect order may be sent from our online warehouse to the store you have chosen so please see our delivery times below. To find your local store click here.


 

  • ➜ How do I place a Click & Collect order?

    1. At the checkout, choose [Click & Collect] in [Delivery Option]
    2. Find your nearest store by searching by suburb, state or postcode
    3. Choose your store by clicking [SELECT] and then [PICK UP IN THIS STORE]
    4. Proceed to payment option and checkout
  • ➜ Can I change the pick up store or cancel my Click & Collect?

    We are not able to make any changes to orders once they are confirmed. If you cannot pick up your order, we can process a refund upon request when it has arrived in-store and is ready for collection. Please contact our Customer Care team below via chat, email or phone below for further assistance.
  • ➜ How long does the Click & Collect service take?

    The expected collection timeframes to our stores are below:

    2-4 business days – VIC
    3-6 business days – NSW, ACT, SA and QLD
    7-10 business days – WA

    Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive an email notification that you will need to present when you collect your order in store within 21 days of arrival.

  • ➜ How do I collect my order?

    Once your order is ready for collection you will be sent an email with a QR code and pick up details. If you are unable to present the email, please login to your online account and go to 'Order History'. The status will show as 'Receivable' if the order is ready to collect.
  • ➜ How long do I have to collect my order?

    Once an order is ready for pick up you have 21 days to collect it. After this time the order will be automatically refunded in full to your original payment method and we will send you an email to confirm the refund.
  • ➜ It's past the estimated collection timeframe, where is my order?

    If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive at store, please allow 2-3 business days extra in case of any delays. If you have still not received any email updates please also check your 'Order History' under your account in case the status is updated there. If the status is still 'Arrival Waiting' this means it is not in-store yet so please contact our Customer Care team via chat, email or phone below for further assistance.
  • ➜ What happens if I am unable to collect my order? Can I nominate someone else to collect it?

    If an order is not collected within 21 days, the order will expire and a full refund will be processed back to the same method of payment. You are welcome to organise someone else to collect the order, just forward them your pick up email so they can present this to the store team.
  • ➜ How can I return or exchange my Click & Collect order?
