Update to Our $5 App Scan Coupons from purchase  

 
Changes to Uniqlo AU App Scan Coupons program will be effective from 28th February 2022. Updates include:
• We will no longer be offering $5 coupon rewards from February 28th 2022 onwards.
• If you have a current valid $5 Coupon there will be no change to the expiry date and you can still redeem your coupon.
• You can still enjoy smart shopping with the Uniqlo App with access to member only discounts, promotions and special offers.

 FAQ’S:

Q: Why are you ending your $5 App Scan Coupons program?  
A: Whilst we would love to be able to continue to offer this program, due to various changes within our business we will no longer be offering the $5 App Scan Coupon when scanning your membership in store. We want to thank our customers who have been participating in this initiative and apologise for any disappointment this causes. Our Members will still be able to make use of our Members only offers and if you apply your birth date to your account you will also receive a birthday coupon each year on the month of your Birthday (T&C's apply).

Q: What benefits do I have when scanning my App?
A: When you scan your app in store you can view your purchase history and access our member only discounts. By adding your Birthday to your account you will also receive a Birthday coupon each year!

Q: When is the last day I can get a coupon and when will it expire?
A: The last day you can receive a new $5 App Scan Coupon is February 28th 2022. This coupon will expire after 2 months, on April 28th 2022.

Q: Are there any coupons that will be coming out to replace this?
A: At this stage we do not have any plans to replace $5 App Scan Coupon. You can still enjoy smart shopping with the Uniqlo App with access to member only discounts, promotions and special offers. Birthday coupons will also be sent to customer who have their Birthday added in their account.

Q: I didn't get to use my coupon in time, can my coupon be extended?
A: Unfortunately, no - your $5 App Scan Coupon is valid for 2 months from the date of issue. We have weekly new arrivals and member only discounts so we are sure you’ll be able to find something you love.

Q: Does this change effect both online and in-store $5 App Scan Coupons?
A: Yes, both online and in-store $5 App Scan Coupons will be ending on February 28th 2022.

Q: Will this effect Welcome Coupons and Birthday Coupons?
A: No this will not effect any of our other coupons. We will still have both our Welcome Coupons and Birthday Coupons
