Q. I have been charged twice for my online order.

If you are seeing a duplicate charge from us for your online order, this may be because your order was placed twice. Please check your email or account for any extra order confirmations. Should you wish to return any extra orders, you may do so following the instructions included in your order parcel. 

However if you cannot locate any duplicate orders in your email or account, please get in touch with our friendly Customer Care team via our Contact Us page who will be able to assist with investigating further.
