Have a concern about your delivery or tracking details? Please find information below about our delivery methods or if you need assistance with your order click here.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $75 to anywhere in Australia. 
For orders below $75 we charge a $7.95 shipping fee for standard post. We do not currently offer express post.

If you prefer to pick up your order from one of our stores, our Click and Collect service is free. Find out more here.

Our online orders are shipped all across Australia with the CouriersPlease courier network in metropolitan areas and Australia Post's eParcel network in regional areas. You will receive tracking details via our shipping platform Shippit. Delivery lead times are as above.

Australia Post Tracking

For orders shipped with Australia Post, please note that if there is a safe place available to leave your order (letterbox, private veranda) it may be delivered via SafeDrop if you’re not available to sign for it. If the area is not deemed to be safe, the driver will use their discretion to not leave the parcel and deliver to a local post office for collection.

CouriersPlease Tracking

For orders shipped with CouriersPlease, delivery can be made to a PUDO (Pick Up Drop Off) location (including service stations, newsagents, shopping centres and more), provide authority to leave, delivery to an alternate address, nominate a neighbour and even reschedule to an alternative date. Details can be found in the initial shipping confirmation email from CouriersPlease.

  • How can I track my order? 

    We've made it as easy as possible to track your order online. Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us and Shippit with your tracking details and estimated delivery date. However, tracking your parcel directly through Australia Post or CouriersPlease websites will show you the most recent tracking and estimated delivery dates. We will also notify you via email or SMS when your package is in transit and ready for delivery so you're kept up to date.

  • Do you ship to New Zealand? 

    Unfortunately, we do not ship to New Zealand at the moment. Please stay tuned to our Facebook page and website for future details!

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    No. Unfortunately, we are only shipping to Australia at this time. If you are staying in other countries, please check out the rest of our UNIQLO sites via "STORES" at the top of our website.
