Q. Can I return items purchased online in a store?

With the coronavirus situation evolving daily, UNIQLO Australia has introduced changes to some of our operations. Please click here for all important updates on these changes.

You are very welcome to return or exchange items from your online order at your nearest UNIQLO Australia store (so long as all items meet our Returns Policy). Be sure to bring a copy of your tax invoice with you. If you paid with credit card, we can only refund to the same card of purchase. If you paid with PayPal, we can only issue a refund to a bank card where the name matches the name on the order invoice.
