Q. I no longer have my receipt or order invoice.

As per ourĀ Change of Mind Policy, a receipt or invoice does need to be presented with all refunds or exchanges.

If you have purchased online and have a registered UNIQLO account, you can retrieve your invoice from within your account. If you checked out as a guest please contact our Customer Care Team via our Contact Us page, who can forward you a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase.
