Q. I haven’t received my refund yet?

Please be advised that refunds processed in store can take between 2-5 business days to appear in your bank account. If you received a receipt for your refund, this is confirmation that the refund was processed successfully. If you have not received your refund after this time frame, please get in touch with our Customer Care team via our Contact Us page.
