If you change your mind about your purchase of products (except opened packaged items, underwear, swimwear and altered apparel) purchased in UNIQLO stores/online in Australia, we will refund or exchange those products within 30 days, provided they have not been worn or washed and are accompanied by the original receipt, packaging and tags.
Online & Retail Christmas Returns Policy
For your convenience, we've extended our general 30 days return period for Christmas 2018. Items purchased online and in-stores from 14 November 2018 to 31 December 2018 can be returned up until 31 January 2019. Alternatively you can also exchange any unsuitable products at your nearest UNIQLO store free of charge until 31 January 2019. All other terms and conditions included in our returns policy remain unchanged during this period.
Retail Purchase - Return Information
Item/s purchased in a UNIQLO store can only be refunded or exchanged in a store. The return item/s can be returned to any of our 14 stores across NSW, VIC & QLD. Click here to find your Closest Store.

2. Fill in the required fields and your return information.
3. Print your label at home or at a nearby Australia Post Office.
4. Drop your return parcel at any Australia Post Office or red Post Office Box.
Unfortunately we're unable to process exchanges for an online order via our postal return service, please view our exchange process here. Please note a AU$7.00 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount when you use this service. Transit back to our warehouse can take 5 – 7 business days, we also allow an additional 2-5 business days for the refund to be processed back into your account by your bank.
