Online & Retail Change of Mind Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase of products (except opened packaged items, underwear, swimwear and altered apparel) purchased in UNIQLO stores/online in Australia, we will refund or exchange those products within 30 days, provided they have not been worn or washed and are accompanied by the original receipt/tax invoice, packaging and tags.

Retail Purchase - Return Information

Item/s purchased in a UNIQLO store can only be refunded or exchanged in a store. The return item/s can be returned to any of our 16 stores across NSW, VIC, QLD & WA. Click here to find your Closest Store.

In-Store Returns - Refund & Exchange
Refund and exchanges for your online order in accordance with the UNIQLO Change of Mind Policy can be done at your local UNIQLO store. Please ensure to have your tax invoice with you and the same card used for purchase, to obtain a full refund or exchange. 

Postal Returns - Australia Post - Refund Only
Returning item/s from your online order can be completed in 4 easy steps!: 

1. Visit:

2. Fill in the required fields and your return information.

3. Print your label at home or at a nearby Australia Post Office.

4. Drop your return parcel at any Australia Post Office or red Post Office Box.

The returns process can take up to 14 business days from the date your return was lodged. Please note a AU$7.00 return handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount when you use this service. Unfortunately we're unable to process exchanges for an online order via our postal return service, please view our exchange process here.
