Q. Can I make changes to my order once confirmed?

If you want to change anything at all with your order (e.g. delivery address, size or colour, payment method), we recommend cancelling your order within 30 minutes and placing a new one with the correct details.

Steps to Cancel (Within 30 Minutes):

Your order status will show as ‘Cancelled’ once successful. The pending charge on your card or PayPal will be cleared within 2-5 business days by your card issuer. If the debit is still there after this time please contact your card issuer directly for assistance.

After 30 minutes? 
If you wish to cancel or modify your order and 30 minutes has passed, we can attempt to stop dispatch for you but we can't guarantee this is possible. Please get in touch with our friendly Customer Care Team via our Contact Us page as soon as possible so we can assist.
