Q. I have forgotten my account password

You will receive an email to reset your account password. Please ensure you also check your junk/spam folder as the email may end up in there.

New passwords must fulfill the following requirements: 
 
i. 8 – 20 letters, 
ii. contain both letters and numbers 
iii. optionally, symbols shown here can be used: - _ . @    
(Please note alternative symbols can not be used)  

If you have still not received the email, it may be because you do not actually have a registered account with us or you may be using symbols that our system cannot accept, this includes exclamation points (!). You can contact our Customer Care Team via our Contact Us page, and we can further investigate or assist with resetting your account password.
