Q. The app won’t open and I cannot access my coupons in-store

Not to worry, you can also access your coupons from your online account on the UNIQLO website. Once logged in, you will be automatically directed to the Membership page in your account. Just click on “Coupons” to access your available coupons.

Otherwise, please try putting your device on airplane mode, turning it off and back on, then launching the app again. If you are still having trouble, please speak with a team member in store or contact our Customer Care Team via our Contact Us page.
