Q. How do I return or exchange my Click & Collect order?

Christmas Extended Returns: For the festive shopping season we will be extending our return and exchange period for purchases made between the 19th of November and the 31st of December 2024.

Purchases made online or in-store within this time can be returned until the 31st of January 2025 in line with our return policy detailed below.

REFUND: If you paid via debit/credit card, you can refund part or all of your Click and Collect order at the collection store within 30 days of picking up the order. The refund must be processed to the same card used for payment. Other terms of our Change of Mind Return Policy must be followed (see here). If you paid with PayPal you cannot refund in-store and must return via post (see postal return instructions here).

EXCHANGE: You can exchange your purchases at any UNIQLO Australia store. Please ensure you have proof of purchase and request the exchange within 30 days of picking up your order as well as meeting the other requirements of our Change of Mind Return Policy linked here.
You can exchange your purchase for any other item of the same value. If exchanging for a higher value item, the price difference will just have to be paid. You can exchange for a lower value item, however this can only be done at the original store of collection as a refund for the price difference has to be processed.
