Q. Can I exchange my in-store purchase?
In-store purchases can be exchanged at any of our UNIQLO stores!
You can exchange for any other item of the same value or higher. If exchanging for a higher value item, the price difference will just have to be paid. You can exchange for a lower value item, however this can only be done at the original store of payment as a refund for the price difference has to be processed.
Our stores can not accept exchange requests via postal mail and you must return in person with your item and proof of purchase should you require an exchange.
