Q. Can I exchange my online order?

At this stage we are unable to facilitate exchanges via postal mail through our online warehouse.

However, you can exchange your online order at any of our UNIQLO stores. Simply take your item and your invoice to process an exchange. You can exchange your online purchase for any other item at any of our stores provided that the new item is of the same value or higher. If you are exchanging for a higher value item, the price difference will just have to be paid. If you would like to exchange your purchase for an item of a lower value, as our stores cannot process refunds for online purchases we suggest finding an additional item to cover the difference to complete the exchange.

If you are unable to visit a UNIQLO store please return your item to us via postal mail for a refund and place a new order online for the required size or colour. If you need any support returning an item please contact our friendly Customer Care Team via our Contact Us page.
