Q. Can I request a tax invoice?
Online Orders
A copy of your tax invoice will always be included in your parcel however if this has been misplaced or thrown out, you can also retrieve your order details from your online account's Order History or the email confirmation we sent when the order was placed.
If you need a replacement invoice for tax purposes you can contact our Customer Care team here with your order number and request one be issued.
If you need your invoice to return your order to us and you are using our Australia Post Returns Portal we can find your order details via the return label so there is no need to include a return form/invoice inside the parcel. If you are not using the Australia Post Returns Portal to post your return please print out your order confirmation or leave a note for our team with the order number, reason for return and list of items so they can process the return. If you are exchanging in-store you can present your account's Order History or order confirmation email. More details on online returns can be found here.
Store Purchases
If you are looking to return or exchange a store purchase for a change of mind, a receipt is required for our team to complete this. A copy of your receipt can be issued by the same store where the purchase was made within 30 days. Please provide our store team with the date, time, total amount and items so they can locate this for you. If you require a receipt that is for a purchase over 30 days ago please contact our Customer Care team here with the details.
