Q. How do I return a faulty item?
We’re very sorry to hear an item you have purchased from us may be faulty! We kindly ask that you visit your local UNIQLO Australia store so that our friendly staff can physically assess your item for any manufacturing faults.
Please ensure to bring your receipt or another form of proof of purchase such as a bank transaction record, so that the team can verify your purchase. For orders placed after the 16th of September 2025 you can locate your E-Receipt here.
