Q. How do I return or exchange my store purchase?

For the festive shopping season we will be extending our return and exchange period for purchases made between the 19th of November and the 31st of December 2024.

Purchases made online or in-store within this time can be returned until the 31st of January 2025 in line with our return policy detailed below.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE?
If you need to exchange your item, this can be done at any of our stores across within 30 days and you can find your closest store here.

You can exchange your purchase for any other item of the same value or higher value. If exchanging for a higher value item, the price difference will just have to be paid. You can exchange for a lower value item, however this can only be done at the original store of payment as a refund for the price difference has to be processed.

HOW DO I REFUND?
Item/s purchased in a UNIQLO Australia store can only be returned for a refund at the original store of purchase within 30 days. In-store purchases cannot be returned via postal mail so we suggest exchanging at your closest store (find our stores here).

Please note that if you made your purchase with a gift card such as a Westfield Gift Card, please refer to the card issuer's terms and conditions for the refund/return process as a refund may not be possible due to their policy, so we suggest exchanging your purchase for something else.

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
  • I haven't received my refund yet? 

    It can take between 2-5 business days for refunds to appear in your account depending on which bank you're with. If you received a receipt for your refund, this is confirmation that the refund was processed successfully.
     
  • How do coupon codes affect my return?

    Coupon amounts will not be refunded when items are returned as they are non-refundable. The coupon will lose its value and cannot be replaced when refunding an item. Any returning item that goes below the coupon minimum spend, will void the discount and will be deducted from the item value and cannot be applied to the remaining item/s.
     
  • I no longer have my receipt, can I still return or exchange?

    As per our Change of Mind Policy, a receipt or invoice does need to be presented with all refunds or exchanges.
     
  • Can I exchange my item in store for a different item?

    You can exchange your item at any of our stores for any other item of the same value. If exchanging for a higher value item, the price difference will just have to be paid.   • I paid with a gift card, can you still refund me?
