Q. How long do I have to make a return?

With the coronavirus situation evolving daily, UNIQLO Australia has introduced changes to some of our operations. Please click here for all important updates on these changes.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return them to us within 30 days of the date of purchase, or for online orders within 30 days of the date of delivery so long as the items meet Returns Policy.

However, for this year’s festive shopping season, we will be extending our returns and exchanges period. Online and in store purchases made between 25th November – 24th December 2020 can be returned or exchanged up until 31st January 2021.

As we will be introducing an updated Change of Mind policy, do note that from 1st December 2020, online purchases can only be returned via postal mail while in store purchases must be returned at the same store of purchase. Please click here for the full details of our new policy. 

*All other terms and conditions included in our returns policy remain unchanged during this period.
