Q. How do I cancel my online return?
For orders placed on our previous website before the 14th of September 2025
We are sorry we cannot return your order if it has already been sent to us. We would recommend placing a new order once a refund has been received.
For orders placed on our new website from the 16th of September 2025
If your return has already been sent to us we cannot return your order. However, if your return has not yet been dropped of at the post office/box you can cancel your return request in your UNIQLO account in the following steps below.
To locate the "Cancel Return Request" button in your UNIQLO account:
Purchase History > Online Orders > Find your order and select Return > Return Details > Cancel Return Request
