Change of Mind Return Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase of products (excluding socks, underwear, swimwear, altered or personalised apparel and face masks) purchased in a UNIQLO store or online in Australia, we will refund or exchange those products within 30 days, provided they have not been worn or washed and are accompanied by a proof of purchase (including original printed receipt or e-receipt), packaging and tags.Please note that refunds can only be processed at the original store of purchase and online orders for home delivery cannot be refunded in-store. However, you are welcome to exchange any UNIQLO Australia purchase (in-store or online) at any other UNIQLO Australian store as long as it is within 30 days, accompanied by proof of purchase and in original condition.
※ Please note for online returns, an $8.00 return postage fee applies for change of mind returns via post using our return portal.
