Q. Store purchase via phone or store item hold requests
Can I place an order over the phone?
Purchases can only be made in person at our stores (or via our website online), our Customer Service and store teams are unable to take payment for purchases/orders over the phone.
Can I place an item on hold at the store?
Unfortunately we are unable to place items on hold in store. We apologise for any disappointment. If you are unable to make it to store we suggest placing the order online if the item is available.
Can I request a stock transfer?
We unfortunately can not transfer stock in to a specific store for purchase. We apologise for any disappointment. If the item is available online, we would suggest placing a click and collect order online.
