Q. The card I paid with has been lost, cancelled or stolen. How will you refund me?
Refunds are automatically issued back to the card of purchase. If our initial attempt to transfer funds back to you fails you will be contacted by one of our friendly Customer Care agents to arrange an alternative method of refund. However, usually your bank will have a process to transfer funds from your old card to the new card and an alternate refund method is not required.
