What is a Multi-Buy?
Multi-Buy is a new bundle promotion available for selected products, allowing you to enjoy special discounts when purchasing two or more eligible Multi-Buy items together.

How do I know what items are available for Multi-Buy?
Eligible products will be tagged with a 'Multi-Buy' label shown below. Currently we only offer Multi-Buy on selected full priced items including eligible socks, underwear and babies bodysuits, which you can find linked here.

How do I purchase a Multi-Buy item?
1. Select an eligible item with the tag above.
2. Add the items to your cart. You can combine multiple colours and sizes within the same item.
3. The discount will be applied automatically at the checkout page upon meeting the minimum purchase requirement, with the 【Multi-Buy applied】 tag displayed.
*Please note that items with the 'Multi-Buy' label and are also on 'Sale', the sale price will be applied instead.

Can I combine different coloured item(s) to use the Multi-Buy discount?

Yes, for items that are tagged with 【Multi-Buy】 and have the same product name and price, the Multi-Buy promotion will be activated and reflect in the shopping cart. For example, you can combine three different socks design, in different colors! You can also see if the items are eligible by adding to your cart and clicking through to the cart page. Eligible items will be tagged with 【Multi-Buy applied】
How do I know if the Multi-Buy discount has been applied to my order?

You will see the 【Multi-Buy applied】 message reflected in your shopping cart or checkout page should the minimum purchase requirement be met.
Can I return or exchange Multi-Buy items?

Please follow our usual Change of Mind Return Policy and return procedure linked here for assistance with returns or exchange, however please note that we do not accept returns for underwear bottoms or socks. For other items such as baby bodysuits, you are welcome to return them in line with our return policy.
