Bulk Order Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility and Discount
The Bulk Order Service ("Service") is available to corporations, organisations and other approved customers purchasing products with a total order value of AUD $1,000 or more (excluding delivery charges). Eligible Bulk Orders will receive a 10% discount off the regular retail price of qualifying items. The discount does not apply to sale items, limited time offers, special collaboration items, gift cards or any other products designated by UNIQLO from time to time. Customisation services are not available through this Service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Order Requests and Acceptance
Submission of a Bulk Order request does not constitute acceptance by UNIQLO.

All Bulk Orders are subject to:
  • product availability;
  • verification of order details;
  • payment authorisation; and
  • acceptance by UNIQLO.
UNIQLO reserves the right to refuse, cancel, limit or modify any Bulk Order where stock is unavailable, the order cannot be fulfilled, payment cannot be processed, the delivery address is ineligible, or for any other reasonable operational or commercial reason. A binding contract is formed only when UNIQLO accepts the order and issues an order confirmation. UNIQLO may contact the customer to confirm quantities, availability, delivery requirements or payment details before accepting an order.

3. Age Requirement
Customers under 18 years of age may only place a Bulk Order with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Payment
Payment for Bulk Orders must be made by credit card unless otherwise agreed by UNIQLO in writing.

5. Delivery
Delivery is available only to eligible addresses within Australia.

UNIQLO does not deliver Bulk Orders to:
  • PO Boxes;
  • Freight/parcel forwarding services; or
  • any address deemed ineligible by UNIQLO.

If a delivery address is subsequently determined to be ineligible, UNIQLO may cancel the order and refund any payment received.

6. Returns and Exchanges
Bulk Orders are not eligible for change-of-mind exchanges or refunds, however nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. No Resale
Products purchased through the Service are intended for the customer's own use and must not be purchased for resale. If UNIQLO reasonably believes products have been purchased for resale or are being resold, UNIQLO may decline future Bulk Orders or restrict access to the Service.

8. Service Changes
UNIQLO may amend, suspend or discontinue the Service, including eligibility criteria, discount rates and these Terms and Conditions, at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already accepted by UNIQLO.

9. Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNIQLO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
