Can I request a tax invoice?
Online Orders
For online orders placed on our new website (from the 16th of September 2025) you can locate your invoice in your Purchase History. Please see the steps below:
1. Log into your account
2. Click on Purchase History
3. Locate your order under "Online Orders"
4. Click on the "View Invoice" button
For online orders placed on our previous website (before the 14th of September 2025) you can locate your invoice in the steps below:
A copy of your tax invoice will always be included in your parcel however if this has been misplaced or thrown out, you can also retrieve your order details from your online account's Order History or the email confirmation we sent when the order was placed. If you need a replacement invoice for tax purposes you can contact our Customer Care team here with your order number and request one be issued.
If you are exchanging in-store you can present your account's Purchase History or order confirmation email. More details on online returns can be found here.
Store Purchases
If you are looking to return or exchange a store purchase for a change of mind, a receipt is required for our team to complete this. A copy of your receipt can be issued by the same store where the purchase was made within 30 days. Please provide our store team with the date, time, total amount and items so they can locate this for you. If you require a receipt that is for a purchase over 30 days ago please contact our Customer Care team here with the details.
From the 29th of January 2026, e-receipts for store purchases are available for UNIQLO Australia members if chosen at the time of payment. For more details about r-receipts click here.
