About Purchase History
After logging into your account you will find three tabs under your Purchase History here.
For orders placed online you can locate your online invoice in your Purchase History here which can be used as your proof of purchase in-store. To locate your previous purchases please follow one of the instructions below:

Orders placed from the 16th of September 2025
Find this in your UNIQLO account > Membership > Online Orders
Online purchases will appear here once completed to view your invoice or order status. The invoice can also be used as a proof of purchase for returns or exchanges.

Orders placed before the 15th of September 2025
Find this in your UNIQLO account > Membership > Online Orders > Select the link: "Orders before the 15th of September 2025"
If you have opted for an e-receipt in one of our UNIQLO Australia stores you will receive an email and be able to locate it in your Purchase History here. This can be used as your proof of purchase in store. For more information about e-receipts please click here.
Please note that the purchase history does not replace a receipt when processing a return or exchange, and cannot be used as a proof of purchase. The original printed receipt, e-receipt, or tax invoice is still required.

Will my returns or exchanges show in my Purchase History?
ONLINE (Return Only): Once items are returned, your invoice will be updated. Please note we are unable to process exchanges via post.
STORE (Return/Exchange): Returns or exchanges made in store will not be shown in your Purchase History, only purchase transactions are reflected. -
How can I add a purchase to my account?
If you forgot to scan your UNIQLO membership during your store purchase, we can still add this into your purchase history for your reference. Please provide us with a photo of your receipt and your Membership ID number by our Customer Care team below via email, phone or chat.
Your purchased items will be added into your purchase history and please note a store e-receipt will not be issued.
