  • I have already paid. Why haven't I received an order confirmation email?

    If your order was successful the order details will be shown under your account's 'Order History' and you should receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing the order. If you cannot see an order under your UNIQLO 'Order History' please check your online banking or PayPal account to confirm if there is a pending authorisation from "UNIQLO Australia".

    If an authorisation is showing and the first charge has been taken out of your account but no order details shown under your UNIQLO account 'Order History' or order confirmation email, please contact PayPal directly here for assistance as we have not received your order.

    If there is no pending charge on your card or PayPal, and no new order on your Order History, we would assume your order has failed or was unsuccessful and suggest to try placing the order again.

  • What is an “authorisation”? 

    Once your order has been placed with us, your account will show a “Pending” authorisation until the payment has been captured. The pending amount will only be charged once the order has been confirmed shipped.

  • Why have I been charged twice for my online order?

    There may have been an issue at the checkout when you first tried to place your order (e.g. timeout or internet disconnection) and PayPal has taken an initial authorisation. PayPal will automatically void this first payment hold which will be available again in your account within 2-5 business days and only one payment settlement will remain. 

    However, if you cannot locate any duplicate orders in your email or account, please get in touch with our friendly Customer Care team via our details below who will be able to assist with investigating further. 

  • How can I use PayPal Pay in 4? 

    PayPal Pay in 4 is a function that lets you split your purchase into 4 payments via PayPal, the first payment due at the time of transaction and 3 subsequent payments made every 2 weeks thereafter. For more detail about PayPal Pay in 4 please click here
