To edit your account details, login to your account by clicking the membership icon and head to 'Profile', then under 'Profile settings' click 'Profile'.

To update your email address, locate this under profile settings here.

If you are resetting your password and can no longer access your email, please create a new account as our Customer Care team are unable to change your email address for security purposes.

To update your billing address when placing an order, you simply need to update your Membership address in your online profile first. Once you have updated your Membership Address book, when you proceed to checkout this will show as the Billing (Membership address).
