Q. How do I return an online order via post?
For the festive shopping season we will be extending our return and exchange period for purchases made between the 18th of November and the 29th of December 2025.
Purchases made online or in-store within this time can be returned until the 31st of January 2026.
Click here to lodge your return via your Purchase History. Select the items to return within your order by clicking 'Return' and fill in the 'Returns Request' and submit the form.
You will be taken to the Australia Post return portal and fill in the required fields to create a label. Print your label at home or scan it at an Australia Post Office.
Already lodged your return? Locate your return label in your UNIQLO account: Purchase History > Online Order tab > Return button > Return Details tab

Pack your item/s and attach your label to your parcel. Drop your return parcel at any Australia Post Office or red Post Office Box.
Return parcels can take 7-10 business days from the date your return was lodged to reach us. You will receive a confirmation email from Australia Post once your return is delivered to our warehouse and an email from us once your refund has been completed. The refund for your online order will be processed back to the original method of payment.

I have already lodged my return, where can I create a return label?
Locate your return label in your UNIQLO account: Purchase History > Online Order tab > Return button > Return Details tab
To locate or create a return label follow our steps below:
STEP 1: Log into your UNIQLO account
Locate your order via your Purchase History. under the 'Online Orders' tab and click 'Return' to locate your 'Return Request'.
STEP 2: Return Request
In your 'Return Request' you will see your 'Return Form' and 'Return Details' tab. Please ensure your return form has already been completed.
STEP 3: Return Details
If your return form has already been completed, click on 'Return Details' to 'Print Label/QR Code'.You will be taken to the Australia Post return portal and asked to fill in the required fields to create a shipping label. Print your label at home or scan it at an Australia Post Office.
